The place is simply huge. Millions of products are spread throughout the large place and a computer system is in place to keep track of them throughout the day.

Since cities are becoming even more congested than before and the fact that our lives are getting even busier, it’s not possible for most of us to appreciate the beauty of the sun rising or setting.

The Whitney Museum of Art website hopes to capture the beauty in virtual form, as every day, at the same time as the real sunrise and sunset in New York, the website will transition from a black background to a white background and back again.

While nothing can stand as a substitute to the real sun, this experiment is quite interesting and well worth watching.
